So life just seems to be getting more crazy by the day! Last Friday after Ben got out of school we loaded up Amy and Jake's truck with 3 dogs, 3 Earle boys, Ben, me and baby Thomas and headed off to Palmer. It was a long drive but went fairly smoothly considering. When we got to town we went to Becky's dropping off 2 dogs and the 3 Earle boys and then went to Grandma Sandy's house to show off Thomas and drop off one more dog! Then back to Becky's to pick up 1 Earle boy, and over to Grandma Oborn's house to sleep. On Saturday we went to cousin Lily's baptism (witch was great!) Sunday we blessed Thomas! It was amazing to me to see Ben on the stand with our baby in his arms and our wonderful brother-in-laws and father surrounding them. I am so grateful for the church in our lives and for the priesthood in our home! I am so glad that Ben took the discussions and joined the church, and that now we will be going to the Temple soon to become a forever family. As I sat next to my mother-in-law at both the baptism and the blessing and felt the spirit so strong I just hope that one day Ben's family will know the joy that we all know from having the gospel in our lives and knowing that we are a forever family! Ben did such a good job and we would like to thank all of you that were able to come and participate.
Then we went to Becky's for lunch! Then home on monday after a all night party with baby Thomas! Tuesday Amy thru me a baby shower that was a lot of fun while Ben went off to the first of his finals. We have been trying to get stuff sold and packed up considering we are supposed to be moved back down to the valley next week! I really need to get a move on with the packing but Thomas has other ideas, like eating every hour! He must be going thru a growth spurt!
We are really going t miss the Earle family when we leave! Thomas loves his cousins and the attention he gets from them, and Ben and I know that Auntie Amy is always around to help when we can't handle anymore crying. It has been a great blessing to live here and are very grateful for their generosity.
