So life has been crazy the last few weeks. Adelaide and Thomas are getting so big. We got a new minivan that we LOVE, for a song.
Little Miss Adelaide is trying with all her might to walk!
Last week we all went to Alaska to insure our residence. Thomas had so much fun out at Jim Creek and with his cousins.
And in other news the day we got back from Alaska Ben had a job interview for a xray tech. And today they called back and offered him the job! YEA! He will be working with patients.

My boys are gone!
Well last night Adelaide and I took Ben and Thomas to the airport. Thomas was so excited to see the airplanes. They let me go to the gate with Ben to drop them off, apparently all you have to do is ask. It took us a little to get threw security. We had two full bottles and two full sippy cups that had to be "examined". We got a seat at our gate right in front of the window and watched "the guys" get the plane ready. We were told that the plane was fairly empty so Ben and Thomas got their own row. Thomas kept asking me if he could go on a ride. I said yes and he was so excited. When they called for pre-boarders we headed to the gate. I gave Thomas a love and kiss and he took of down the ramp, so I got a quick kiss from Ben and he ran off after him. Then they were gone.
I got a call at 3 am from Ben, Thomas and him were in the van with mom and dad, and I could hear Thomas crying. My poor baby! Ben said Thomas slept almost the whole flight. He woke up when they landed and was happy and ready to see mommy. Thomas ran down the ramp calling for me and running to a lady grabbing her leg before realizing it was not me. Thomas then lost it when Ben told him mommy wasn't there. They had a long night but things have been better as the day goes on.
i am hoping that Ben gets all the grant stuff figured out and that we can move forward from here. I miss them so much and can't wait for them to be home with us soon!

When it rains it pours.....
I know we are were we are supposed to be and doing what we are supposed to be doing so why is it life keeps sending us curve balls? Ben only has one week of classes left and then he will be taking his finales. He will then have a week off of school at witch time he and Thomas will be flying up to Alaska to try to figure out our grant situation.
We thought we had it all figured out we were told to go to Utah get into your program and then we will pay for it. So here we are thinking all is well when come to find out the gal that told us that moved and now it is like pulling teeth to get anyone to talk to us. We keep being told that we are not Alaskan residents! Hello we are paying out of state tuition, have all our vehicles register in Alaska, and still have our drivers licenses! The PFD office thinks that that makes us Alaska residents, after jumping threw all their hoops. So in order to figure this all out he is going to go walk into their offices, leaving Adelaide and I here to miss them terrible. We are planing on applying for the Rt program in November, but we just found out that they changed there prerequisites so we have to get those classes done as well before then. If we do not get into that program this time around then we will apply to their xray tech program. We have all the prerequisites for that and the deadline for that is January.
We really want to go home but are determined not to go home without our degree. It is just taking so much more time then we wanted it to!
