#17-#23

Today Ben had a doctors appointment to remove a marble size mass out of his belly. The surgeon gave Ben the choice between the hospital with anesthesia, or in office with valum and a local. My husband being the man he is and not wanting to miss anymore work opted for in the office!

So Auntie Becky was all lined up to watch Thomas and Adelaide. When we arrived at the Mckimmey's things were a little on the ceiling. As I sat in Becky's living room watching or more feeling the stress build I suggested that Ray get a blessing. The room took a breath and everyone agreed that that was what was needed. As I listened to my husbands calm voice I felt such strength in it. I love to hear him give blessings. I love knowing that he is worthy of his priesthood. I have great faith in blessings and know that they work. I love the gospel. It gives me so much comfort everyday.

When he was done. Ben and I leaving our babies in the capable hands of my sisters drove the 30 mins to the doctors office. Once there it only took 30 mins to cut out the mass. I held my husbands hand threw it keeping my eyes on his to make sure I didn't catch and of the actual procedure. Witch his surgeon kept trying to show me! After they stitched him up they had us wait a few mins before leaving. But he has been fine. And he is currently at work.


So in short it has been a crazy day but I still found #17 - #23

#13 - #16

#13 I love Adelaide's chubby little feet, and she always has then crossed! It is so dang cute.



#14 Thomas picked me flowers! This is the first time my baby have brought me in flowers from outside. It was so dang cute. I love being a mommy!



#15 So we went out of town for mothers day so when we got back Ben bought me flowers and him with the help of Thomas planted them for me!





#16 What more can I say do you see them cheeks?

#10 #11 and #12

#10 Late sleepers! I have a house full of them. Ben loves to sleep in and so does Thomas. When Thomas does get up he will come and climb in bed with Ben and I and cuddle. I love it.

#11 Home cooked dinners. Now we get these a few times a week at Auntie Becky's house, but when things are slow and Ben and I are just at home Ben will make us dinner. Ben is such a good cook and I love dinners made by him.

#12 Adelaide eating real food! I can't believe she is getting so big. I know her aunties, and cousin Kimber have been sneaking food to her for about a month now, but this is her first time sitting down and eating food.

#7 Blowing bubbles! I love baby raspberries they are her new favorite thing.



#8 Best friends. Thomas and Adelaide LOVE each other. Thomas loves to make her laugh. I was worried about them sitting next to each other but they do really well.



#9 Kimber Sue! I love her! So do my kids. She is the most amazing 17 year old you will ever meet. She is fun to have around and great with kidos. We couldn't have done Disneyland without her!

Home again home again,

Well we are home again, I have most of our stuff put away from our trip, and so we were getting ready to go, we got the kids ready, walked out to the car, and........someone broke out our window!!!!! Are you kidding me with this!? Our insurance is dealing with it and Ben went to pick up the rental car. And luckily nothing was stolen. I had my wallet, and camera in the car and they are still there! Thank goodness! So I just thought I would add this as

#5 Being able to have car insurance that takes care of the "bad things", and a husband take makes sure we pay our bills!

1000 mom/wife moments!

I am excited to start this with a few of my sisters and sisters BFF Kim. (Who I love BTW).

#1 Being home. Disneyland was fun and we had so much fun. But as Ben carried my baby boy up the stairs to our home he woke up and looked at me saying "wook mommy home!" I love our home.

#2 My son that talks in full sentences that I can understand. I love talking to him and knowing that he understands me and I can understand him. well most of the time.

#3 My beautiful daughter Adelaide. Did you know she is starting to sit up? I can hardly believe she is almost 6 months old. How did that happen?

#4 My wonderful and doting husband. Did you know that I am spoiled? Rotten even. My husband loves me! My sisters comment on it regularly. (I think they are jealous!) Ben would go to the ends of the earth for me and I would do the same for him. He is my eternal companion. I love him and he loves me I am one lucky girl!

Almost done!

I can't believe we have been here 4 days. It has gone so fast and we only have one day left at Disneyland. Soon we will be heading home and back to real life.

WE ARE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And having sooo much fun. We have made it threw most of the Disneyland rides and will start on the California ones tomorrow! Thomas loves the rides and Adelaide is just happy being held so much. Wish you all were here!
